Survey the Relationship between Organizational Culture and the Managers and Deputies Creativity at Red Crescent in Zanjan Province

Today recognition of organizational culture is very important for managers because the culture or atmosphere on the organization is explanatory of the way of organization living. In the atmosphere on the organization that people work in it that they can achieve is the goals of the organization. That’s why managing scientists state that the most basic duty of managing is forming and directing the basic values of organizational culture. The present study is concerned with survey the relationship between organizational culture and the managers and deputies creativity at Red Crescent in Zanjan province.The nature of this study is correlation. We determined the amount of the sample size with the used of Census method. The statistical sample was 36 of these managers and deputies. To gathering of data, we used two questionnaires. In order to analyze the data resulted from collected questionnaires deductive and descriptive statistical methods are used, and to display some statistical data we used column diagram and in deductive level to test the hypothesis of the research we used Pearson correlation coefficients. The results show that Organizational culture has a significant relationship with managers and deputies’ creativity at Red Crescent in Zanjan province. But some dimensions such as Leadership, Compromise, Communication pattern and Identity have not significant relationship with managers and deputies’ creativity.
